Part Time: Approximately 12 Hours Per Week (Hybrid Work Environment)
Salary: $1,000 Per Month
 
City on a Hill Church is seeking a qualified and industrious person to fill the role of Communications Director.
 
The Communications Director will develop and implement a robust and comprehensive  strategy for church communications.
 
The Communications Director will be responsible for both internal and external communications and will work with volunteer leaders, elders, and staff to gather and disseminate pertinent information about all church activities. Attendance at the weekly staff meeting is required.
 
The successful candidate will have experience in communications, proficiency in the written word, basic graphic design skills, and a high level of competency in social media and other web-based communication platforms.
 
The successful candidate will be able to gather a volunteer team and empower them to help further the church’s ability to inform our members, regular attenders, and the community at large about City on a Hill’s vision, ongoing ministry opportunities, and upcoming events.
 
The Communications Director will also be required to provide some administrative assistance in church operations.
